What every board asks before getting started
Why isn't everything free?
Because this has to be paid for somehow. Other “free” services live off advertising, sponsors or their users' data; we prefer to charge AMPAs a clear fee and do none of that. The Community plan for small associations is genuinely free, with no hidden cuts.
What happens when the 90-day trial ends?
You pick a plan. If your AMPA has 50 families or fewer, it can stay free on the Community plan. And if you don't subscribe, we delete nothing: your data stays safe, read-only, until you decide.
What happens when the board changes?
Nothing — that's the point. Access is handed over, each school year's history is preserved and the new board inherits everything working, with a first-steps guide to land smoothly.
Do families have to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and anyone who wants to can add it to their home screen as an app. You sign in with a code sent by email: no passwords to forget.
Where is the data? Is it GDPR-compliant?
All data is stored on servers within the European Union, with GDPR compliance built in. No advertising and no sharing data with third parties.
What if we want to leave one day?
The data is yours: you can export it and cancel whenever you want. No lock-in, no penalties.
