Ownership

This application is operated by the PTA on a non-profit basis. Its use is restricted to PTA members and it is offered as an internal tool for the school community.

Access to the application

To sign in you need a registration code that the PTA distributes to members. The PTA may withdraw access from anyone who breaches the community rules or misuses the platform.

Community rules

By using the app you accept these three basic rules:

  1. Take care of the books — borrowed books belong to other families. Return them in the condition you received them.
  2. Return them on time — respect the deadline agreed with the other family and let them know in advance if you need more time.
  3. Communicate respectfully — chat messages must be courteous. Offensive language, harassment and advertising are not tolerated.

Liability

The PTA provides the platform as a facilitator of loans. Losses, damage or disagreements between families are resolved between the parties involved, with the PTA's optional mediation. The PTA is not responsible for the condition or availability of the books families share.

Intellectual property

The application's own code, design and content are the property of the PTA or its collaborators. They are offered for internal use by the school community and may not be reproduced outside that context without authorisation.

Changes

The PTA may amend this legal notice at any time. The current version is always the one published on this page.
