Access to the application

To access the app you need a registration code distributed by the PTA. The code starts registration but does not, on its own, prove a family relationship or that a pupil attends the school.

Registration is intended for families with pupils attending the school. Anyone who adds a child to an account or signs them up for an activity declares that they have parental responsibility or guardianship, or sufficient authorisation from the person who does. The app does not automatically verify this relationship or school attendance. Where there are justified doubts, the PTA may request evidence and suspend or withdraw access for false or outdated information or misuse.

Community rules

By using the app you accept these three basic rules:

1. Take care of the books — borrowed books belong to other families. Return them in the condition you received them.
2. Return them on time — respect the deadline agreed with the other family and let them know in advance if you need more time.
3. Communicate respectfully — chat messages must be courteous. Offensive language, harassment and advertising are not tolerated.

Participation in events and activities

Signing up means accepting these general terms and the specific information shown for each activity. Specific information takes precedence where it clarifies these terms.

• Families must check dates, times, venue, price, requirements, necessary equipment and drop-off and collection rules before signing up.
• Information provided must be accurate and kept up to date, especially information needed for safety and contact during the activity.
• The PTA may change or cancel an activity for organisational or safety reasons, insufficient participants or force majeure, informing families and applying the published refund policy where applicable.
• Participants must follow organisational, safety and community instructions. Serious breaches may prevent participation, without limiting rights under applicable law.
• In an emergency, the emergency services and the contact people provided will be contacted. Signing up does not waive any liability that legally rests with the organiser.

Images and videos

Image permission is optional and does not affect sign-up. When granted, it allows the PTA to capture and publish images or videos of the named children to report on and promote its activities through its website, social media, publications or identified galleries. It may be withdrawn at any time by contacting the PTA; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful use. The PTA will take reasonable steps not to publish images of anyone without permission and will never publish content contrary to a child's best interests.
