Your AMPA, your tribe. tribi.
Collect this year's dues without chasing anyone
And the rest of the AMPA in the same place: bookkeeping, announcements, after-school activities, canteen and an app families open every week.
2026/2027 free · No card · No app store

The first thing that happens
Families who hadn't paid in months, paid.
At the first school that rolled it out, families who had forgotten about their dues paid as soon as they could do it from their phone: no looking up the account number, no waiting to bump into someone from the board. Nobody had to chase them. It stopped being necessary.
The money
It collects itself. And it balances itself.
The two jobs that eat most of a board's time — collecting dues and balancing the books — stop being two separate chores and become the same one, done once.
Dues
- Families pay by card, bank transfer or instant transfer from their phone.
- The receipt is recorded on its own, against the right school year.
- One button reminds whoever is missing. Not one by one.
- The member list stays current, and exports for the AGM.
Bookkeeping
- Every expense with its receipt, its category and its account.
- It tells you which receipts are missing, instead of finding out in June.
- Dues collected land in the ledger by themselves: nothing gets entered twice.
- Balances per account — bank, cash, payment gateway — and the year's accounts done.

Communication
And everyone hears about it, not just the usual few
Announcements
Phone notification and email at once, schedulable, and you see how many families it reached. A WhatsApp group won't tell you that.
Polls
Ask families and the count does itself. No more tallying answers by hand.
Inbox and direct messages
An orderly channel with the board, instead of two hundred people in a group chat.
One login per adult
Mother, father, grandmother — each with their own notifications, on the same family.
Languages
And in each family's own language
The app speaks ten languages and every family picks its own. The same AMPA announcement reaches each of them in the language they understand: nothing to translate by hand, no sending two circulars.
- Español
- English
- Català
- Valencià
- Galego
- Euskara
- العربية
- 简体中文
- Français
- Deutsch
- Spain's four co-official languages, in full: català, valencià, galego and euskara. Not a half-translated menu.
- Arabic right to left: the whole interface flips, it isn't the text dropped into a screen facing the wrong way.
- Simplified Chinese and the languages of the families school communication usually fails to reach. They are the hardest to reach, and the least likely to ask.
- On the way: aranés, română and українська.
None of this costs extra
And all of this comes with it
Switch on only what your AMPA uses and add the rest whenever you like. It all shares the same families and the same member list: nobody has to sign up twice for anything.
The money
- Dues — online payment, receipts and members up to date
- Bookkeeping — income, expenses, receipts and the year's accounts
- After-school activities — sign-up, fair draw, waiting list and payment
- Optional fees — tracksuit, planner, T-shirt: charged the same way
- Reports — members, announcement reach and how the year is going
- Discounts — member perks at local shops
Communication
- Announcements — notification and email, schedulable, with real reach
- Polls — ask and count without building a form
- Inbox — suggestions and orderly contact with the board
- Direct messages — talk to a family without handing out your mobile
- Documents — minutes and circulars where people find them
- About us — the board with faces and names
Day to day
- Canteen menu — every day's menu, wired to your caterer
- Events — sign-up, volunteering and capacity
- Card and door check-in — member QR at the door of the activity
- Library — book lending between families
- School calendar — holidays, non-teaching days and school events
- Gallery and videos — event photos, connected to the AMPA's Instagram
- Lost and found — the board that empties the school's lost property box
More than management
A management app gets opened once a year. This one, every week
And that is exactly what makes the dues get paid without chasing anyone: the app is already on the phone, they already use it, and paying is one more button. Real screenshots from our demo school.
Wednesday
Your opinion counts
Vote on which after-school activity runs next year.

Thursday
Is there school tomorrow?
The school and AMPA calendar, in your pocket.

Saturday
Weekend plans
Sign up for the party in two taps — and volunteer, if you fancy it.

The week doesn't end there
The daily canteen menu, the photo gallery, lost & found, member discounts…
No app store
It installs in two taps, straight from the web
There is nothing to download and no Google or Apple account in the way. A family opens the AMPA link, taps «Install» and the icon stays on their home screen, like any other app.
- On Android it's one button: install and that's it.
- On iPhone the app walks you through it — Share, «Add to Home Screen».
- Installed is also how notifications reach the phone.
- And anyone who would rather not install it uses it in the browser just the same, missing nothing.
September without vertigo
The AMPA outlives the board
Board roles rotate every year or two, and the passwords, spreadsheets and institutional memory tend to leave with them. Not here: the next board inherits everything working.
Per-year history
Dues, activities and each school year's data stay archived and searchable.
Advance the year in one click
In September, groups move up automatically and the new year's dues get prepared.
Action audit trail
Who did what, and when. Transparency for today's board and tomorrow's.
Guided first steps
Newcomers land on a clear task list, not an 80-page manual.
Who is behind it
Made by families, for families.
tribi didn't come out of a product meeting: it came out of the problems of a real AMPA — dues that wouldn't balance, the group chat with two hundred people, the spreadsheet only its author understood. Everything here exists because a school needed it, not because it looked good on a feature list.

How we decide what gets built
If your AMPA is missing something, say so. We'll build it.
There's no wish list here that dies in a support form. If you need something that isn't there and it's a good idea, it gets built — and every AMPA gets it, at no extra charge.
That's the advantage of this being run by people who also sit on a board: we know the difference between a pretty feature and the one that gives you your Sunday evening back. And if you can't find something, we won't leave you looking — we'll help.

What blocks a decision
Questions boards ask
How long is the beta free?
Until 31 August 2027. Every AMPA that registers while the Beta programme is open gets all modules free during the 2026/2027 school year, whenever they join. We don't ask for a card and we won't start any subscription automatically.
What happens in 2027/2028?
We'll announce the final terms before 30 June 2027. Beta AMPAs will be able to choose the founder rates of €150/year up to 150 families or €300/year up to 300 families; above 300 we'll prepare a tailored proposal. You only continue if you accept expressly, and there is never an automatic charge.
How do families get in? Do we upload the list we already have?
We don't upload your list, and that's deliberate: a family's data is entered by the family. What we give you is an AMPA sign-up link — you send it through whatever channel you already use and each family registers in a minute, with current details and consent given. And we don't leave you alone with that part: there are tutorials ready to send to families, and we'll help you get going.
Can we have it in our own language?
Yes, and you don't have to pick one for the whole school: each family uses its own. There's Spanish, català, valencià, galego, euskara, English, français, deutsch, Arabic — with the interface right to left — and simplified Chinese. AMPA announcements go out in each family's language.
How long does it take to get running?
An afternoon to sign up, set the dues and send the first announcement. After-school activities and the canteen can wait: modules get switched on when you need them. And if you get stuck, we'll help.
Where is the data? Is it GDPR compliant?
All data is stored on servers inside the European Union, GDPR compliant by default. No advertising and no sharing data with third parties.
And if one day we want to leave?
The data is yours: you can export it and close the account whenever you like. Members, dues, the year's accounts and activities come out in open formats. No lock-in and no penalties.
Your AMPA, your tribe. tribi.
