What every board asks before getting started
How long is the beta free?
Until 31 August 2027. Every AMPA that registers while the Beta programme is open gets every module free throughout the 2026/2027 school year, regardless of when it joins. We don't ask for a card and won't start a subscription automatically.
What happens in the 2027/2028 school year?
We'll announce the final terms before 30 June 2027. Beta AMPAs may choose the founding rate of €150/year for up to 150 families or €300/year for up to 300 families; we'll prepare a custom proposal above 300. You'll only continue if you expressly accept, and there will never be an automatic charge.
What happens when the board changes?
Nothing — that's the point. Access is handed over, each school year's history is preserved and the new board inherits everything working, with a first-steps guide to land smoothly.
Do families have to install anything?
No. It works in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and anyone who wants to can add it to their home screen as an app. You sign in with a code sent by email: no passwords to forget.
Where is the data? Is it GDPR-compliant?
All data is stored on servers within the European Union, with GDPR compliance built in. No advertising and no sharing data with third parties.
What if we want to leave one day?
The data is yours: you can export it and cancel whenever you want. No lock-in, no penalties.
